We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Our aim is to ensure you get the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors, such as traffic conditions and weather, may occasionally prevent us, or our Restaurant Partners from achieving our targets in this regard. We will do our best to ensure that your meal is delivered by the time specified in the email and webpage. The timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the restaurant at that time.


If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any Products or the service provided by a Restaurant and wish to seek a refund, a proportionate price reduction or any other compensation, you should contact the customer services department of our restaurant directly to lodge your complaint and, where appropriate, following the Restaurant's own complaint procedures.


We may as for proof of ID for anyone ordering alcohol and looks under the age of 25 in agreement with the under 25 policy. If you cannot provide proper identification, our policy is no proof, no sale. The item(s) will be returned to the restaurant and any necessary refund for the item will be provided.
